Aside from the fact some people are certainly into such things... It is not quite so literal. Though now I am interested in hearing what sort of poetic metaphors McGillis would be interested in, regarding all this.

I don't see the need for euphemism when it comes to individual body parts. The act as a whole, sure. There's plenty of pretty words to describe it.

'S the art of drawing yer sword! Obviously a lotta people just draw their sword before they start fighting, but some schools incorporate the draw, or even treat a sheathed stance.

Izou's sword skill might not have been on the top of the list he likes about him, but it's certainly a bonus. ]
