Aside from the fact some people are certainly into such things... It is not quite so literal. Though now I am interested in hearing what sort of poetic metaphors McGillis would be interested in, regarding all this.

I don't see the need for euphemism when it comes to individual body parts. The act as a whole, sure. There's plenty of pretty words to describe it.

But when it comes to cocks, you can just call them that.

Not even I want to micromanage to that degree. I only have two conditions that truly matter.

The first one only concerns you, Izou. [ He'll make eye contact here and it's clear from his expression that he's not 'McGillis Sullen' serious but actual 'emotionally honesty' serious. ] I'm fine with it if it's Celeste and Eli, and that is because it's Celeste and Eli. Don't ever ask me for leave to share you with anybody else - I'm not that generous. And at the end of the day, I want to be your priority as you are mine.

[ There is more honesty and vulnerability in this than he's used to giving anybody. 'I trust you to be honest with me and choose me again and again' to Izou, 'I trust you two to not take what is precious to me' to Eli and Celeste.

He might well fall flat on his face with this trust. He might well have it come back to bite him, dull teeth cutting into flesh. But he'll give this to Braphine, to Gaelio, to the world: he'll try. And it's up to everyone else to prove his pessimism about the attempt wrong. ]

[The reminder of the weird possessiveness that their current relationship is based on makes Izou flush a little. On top of that, limiting conditions they may be, in some ways it's actually kind of nice because... It underscores that Eli and Celeste are important to McGillis too. They ARE special. He is so right.]

'S the art of drawing yer sword! Obviously a lotta people just draw their sword before they start fighting, but some schools incorporate the draw, or even treat a sheathed stance.

[Izou gets up and steps away from anything stabbable in the room.]

[He places a hand on the sheath of his wakizashi and then with his free hand, draws it with the same lightning speed his actual attacks usually have. Of course he lets the tip of it hang in the air in front of McGillis's face for a few second before putting it away.]

In fact, after all the nonsense, this is what makes him genuinely smile.

Izou's sword skill might not have been on the top of the list he likes about him, but it's certainly a bonus. ]

Not bad at all. The act of drawing your weapon as part of the attack... Useful for assassination, I'd wager?
