[ Ukyo might not have the sort of resounding voice to shout, but Dazai sure does. He adjusts the scarf before shrugging the jacket off and flapping it a couple times.
[ ack! he ducks behind the outer walling of the roof, but he is very tall and also has bright green hair so this does exactly nothing. a second later he pops up, registering the jacket and the beckoning gesture.

[ While he waits Dazai flaps is a few more times like it's a cheap piece of fabric than something few people could afford, not unlike how a child might. He dusts it next and finally seeming satisfied, finally puts it back on and fixes his attire.
A comment on it not being the heightest building he's fallen from is on the tip of his tongue, but he bites it back. ]

He adjusts his scarf again, dusts his pants off once more despite not needing to, ] I'm fine. I don't want to find myself mentioned in the morning paper over a little tumble though... My new acquaintance decided she no longer wanted my company...
Ah... No, my roommate hasn't caused me any trouble yet. I don't think they're the violent sort.
[ He slips his jacket back on, moving to dusting off his clothes... These are nice too. ]
You see, I met with one of the locals, and we seemed to be hitting it off well, but it turned sour at the end... I told them that I've never fallen from this height before, and they took it as an opportunity to help me with that.

I thought it might kill me, or at least break a few limbs. I'm disappointed.
[ ukyo looks up at the window briefly, gauging the height from the ground. ]
No, if you really wanted to make a fall like that lethal, it should have been done from the roof at least. But there's things you could land on, so you'd need to pay attention to where you jump, and the way you fall obviously matters too. As for broken bones, I think just going up a floor or two would probably net you a fracture unless you're really lucky.
