[When Mafuyu arrives, the kitchen is full of activity and amazing smells. Arven’s working away with his hair tied up so it stays out of his face. This is a more involved meal than putting deli sandwiches together.
Mabosstiff is also present, sitting out of the way but very much interested in what his Trainer is making. He lifts his head toward Mafuyu as she enters.]

[Arven offers a wave and a bright smile before he returns his attention to the stove. As always, he seems to be in his element when at the helm of a kitchen.]
I almost have your sandwich ready.

( mafuyu comes down, dressed actually nicely instead of focusing on comfort, aside from a pair of house slippers. she pauses to wave to mabostiff, smiling softly and unaware of it before she heads further into the kitchen. )

[Mabosstiff wags his tail in response to Mafuyu’s greeting. He’d come over to her, but he’s trying to be good and not become a tripping hazard.
Arven nods as he flips Mafuyu’s grilled cheese sandwich in the pan. It looks like your classic grilled cheese but just a bit more elevated.]
Cooking’s always been a good way to keep myself grounded, ‘specially after a hard day.
[Now that he doesn’t have to watch the pan so closely for a second, he turns to regard her properly. Oh…that’s a cute dress.]

The other thing... is her original phone. It looks just like it did before taking a swim in a fish tank! AKA less wet on the inside, but also... ]
You will... want to keep the speakers muted for now if you don't have headphones. My apologies. But the display and screen have been fixed.

As for the internal speakers, they'll need to be replaced at some point, but he remembers how important this phone is to her... maybe there is some comfort to have it back for now. ]

That's not very far off at all. If we're singing, we should have those involved get together a few times for practice.
