Anyway! I haven't gotten my hands on an ocarina for a long time, and whenever I have played, I have been at this level.

[It's pretty funny to see Argenti like this when it seems quite rare for him to lose his composure in general. Yes, there were his reactions whenever Aaron teased him about his love life, but he attributed that degree of fluster and embarrassment to Argenti being a virginstick in the mudchaste maiden ...no, he had that right the first time, he's pretty sure the guy was a virgin.
In any case, this feels like enough of a novelty that while Aaron does snicker at the tacit admission, he decides not to rag on the other man too much... this time.]
You ever consider taking lessons? I know you hafta attend to your knightly duties and shit, but you gotta have some downtime.

...Did you find a teacher in this city or did you teach yourself from a book?
I bought a book when I purchased it. Mostly used it to figure out how I should be blowing into the thing and where the notes were, but I didn't use it much after the first week or so. The rest of it I just figured out by ear.
[Okay, it was technically more involved than that, but that's because he's too lazy to explain the nuances. However, he is the kind of asshole who can pick things up quickly if he actually puts his mind to it, so this is sadly on brand for him!!]
