But, he pauses, because he has to pick one! After some thought he's deciding at last to give Fray the one that he thinks will be most representative of himself, so he picks up the rose and hands him it to the other knight. ]
[O-Oh, the rose... Well, Argenti probably doesn't mean any sort of grand romantic gesture by it, otherwise Fray would know, right?? Right. So he accepts it carefully with a quiet scoff.]
A reminder of you, hmm? I'll be sure to take good care of it.
[The fingers of his other hand come up to ghost across the petals carefully and his eyes focus on that rather than Argenti himself. This is... the most precious gift he's ever received. And also the first, but that's not the point.]
[ Argenti can only think that it just feels right...but, it is without a doubt a deep significance, even so. He smiles warmly when he sees the other man accept it. Something about it makes him feel deeply happy, and...undoubtedly warm. ]

[ His eyes watch the way he touches the petals with a gentleness that he thinks others may not expect from Fray, but that he knows is possible. ]
I will also treasure well your appreciation! As I truly feel that it is what you deserve.
[But he knows Argenti means every word, and that only makes him feel even warmer. How did he get lucky enough to earn Argenti's attention and admiration? Ah, best not to question it, as he's sure Argenti wouldn't want him doubting himself now.]
