The fact remains that he is also a man of his word and doesn't intend to let things get out of hand.
So, he will contact Joshua and await him in the Nekyia (or he just ran into him in the Nekyia, if that suits better.) Whenever they do meet face to face, he turns to look at him...he recalls distinctly their last talks and that the young man certainly has quite a lot to deal with, which has allowed him to gain further insight into him as a person.
But, time will tell:

[ These last few weeks have been busy, for one reason or the other, with events feeling like they've only begun to truly ramp up in the midst of everything that's happening at once. But, that doesn't mean that they can't have time to linger around the dorms or for normal things like sleep.
So, Argenti himself ends up emerging from his room for something like a late night walk, perhaps. It isn't too farfetched for him to have some late nights...and he is feeling antsy due to certain other reasons.
But then he so happens to catch Joshua where he is, and tilts his head to see what he's up to. ]
[ it makes sense that a pseudo immortal like Joshua doesn't really sleep well or have anything akin to a fixed sleeping schedule, because what happens when you go from needing absolutely zero sleep at all to having human needs?
so that explains why he's probably one of the (very few) people still awake at this hour - the lights in the kitchen are on, and while the countertops look clear, there is the smell of apples and cinnamon in the air and clearly coming from the oven. joshua himself is seated at one of the communal tables with an iced coffee in front of him (again, terrible living habits, who drinks coffee in the middle of the night,) and mindlessly scrolling on his phone.
he looks up when his name is called, and gives argenti a wave in response. ]

[ a side effect of Character Development (tm) from Everything Happens a Lot, joshua is definitely more relaxed than argenti is, and that's probably the only reason why he isn't as antagonistic as he usually is. ]

[ Argenti has been someone who has occasionally also kept to late nights, so he is inclined to say no, but then again, he does realize that it isn't necessarily the whole truth. If anything, as this is before he's had answers from Braphine regarding Fray, some of those worries pertain to that! But, the scent is pretty much welcome.
The red head comes closer towards the oven when the sweet smell is strongest, though he will turn his gaze back towards Joshua, who is drinking iced coffee.

I suppose just a little. I had been out on a night walk, but perhaps I was mulling over our current circumstances as well.
...And a realization as well. I have never worked with a group of people for this long. Maybe it's a bit of delayed surprise.
Or maybe just some reflecting after so many months. When large confrontations are on the horizon, it is enough to make many stop, think, and reflect, isn't it?

[ joshua "hates physical activity" kiryu is his name, after all. ] And I'm not entirely surprised. You do seem a bit like a lone ranger type of guy. Nothing wrong with long term collaborations~

If anything, it makes him look briefly wistful, and smiling softly, even if its tinged momentarily with a drop of sadness. That too leaves at the rest of Joshua's, though, swifter than anything. ]
I am, yes. That is probably why I got along with a dear friend of mine who was a Galaxy Ranger himself. But, long term collaborations are far more enjoyable than I ever anticipated.
