[ All Of That was truly an experience, one he doesn't think he'd like to remember, but he's grateful for everyone who came to help, including Fray. He wasn't expecting the armored man to approach -- he seems like he'd rather keep to himself, sometimes -- but he'll welcome a conversation. ]

The people here are generally very kind. I doubt most of us could let something like that go, even if we were given the opportunity to leave.

We wanted to help. No one should have to deal with such a thing alone, and when presented with the opportunity, it would be foolish of us to turn a blind eye.
[Fray hesitates for a moment with that praise out there. He can't really deny it, as he is working toward being a kinder person, but...]
I've taken a few cues from my student, I suppose. He's the sort of person to always reach out to others, no matter the personal cost. A bleeding heart, but one of the kindest people I've ever met.
