That's an insane idea. To make it work without causing any environmental chaos, you'd have to essentially replace the moon with it in an instant... though teleportation maybe? But even then, that just raises the question of what even counts as a 'full moon' to the curse, no?
Is it a full moon if a different object reflects the sun's light in the same location? Is it a full moon if the moon of my world is 'full' despite it being damaged to such a degree that it is never quite 'full' in the same way people in this world think of it? Is lycantrophy functionally powerless if Eli goes to another planet or do other planets' moons trigger it?
