Like the mark on his armor, the blade's cut follows its path, leaving a bloody trail that starts close to Fray's collarbone and descends down his torso, stopping around the bottom of his ribs. The cut is something that can be healed from, surely, but it's bound to put a hamper in Fray's movements for some time until he heals. Also visible (but less important) - Fray's skin is tanned and very well muscled, clearly from lugging that heavy sword around all the time.]
